The Third Russian-German Youth Forum #CapitalTalks is a unique opportunity to be part of discussions between youth, politicians, civil activists. This year the overarching topic of the forum is digitalization and its challenges in various sectors of society, including but not limited to media, ecology, civil society, and the private sector.

The Russian-German Youth Forum #CapitalTalks 2019 aims to establish a network of young professionals from both countries while providing the participants with a deeper understanding of topics related to bi-, multilateral agenda through a considerable number of organized activities (workshops; visits to the private companies and state institutions, panel discussions, networking events).
