Flemming
Videriksen,
Co-Founder
and CEO of DecideAct, specializes in strategy design and
implementation, leadership, and cultural change. For more than 25
years, he has been a strategic and trusted advisor to top
organizational leaders around the world. A philosopher at heart,
though a very action-oriented one. He is straightforward and to the
point, and his focus is always to decide and then act upon it.

Bjarni
S. Jonsson,
Co-Founder and CSO of DecideAct, is a strategy specialist and social
entrepreneur focusing on large-scale human system change and
evolution. Bjarni has a Cand Oecon degree from the University of
Iceland, an MBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business,
and finished his doctoral thesis in June 2013 at the Adizes Graduate
School in California. His doctoral research was on the significance
of citizen communicative engagement in social issues and how that
relates to conscious evolution of human social systems.

Bjarne
Kastberg,
Co-Founder
and CSI of DecideAct, specializes in leader development, strategy
design and implementation and cultural change. He has been a
strategic advisor and coach to top organizational leaders around the
world for more than 30 years. He is an author of 18 books about
